Neighborhood note: This charming brick duplex is nestled in a working-class area that reflects authentic local character. Some neighboring homes may appear unmaintained and unappealing to the eye, but rest assured, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We’ve loved living here ourselves and are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It's near the Moon River and other historically significant draws of the area.

While the duplex offers convenient proximity to beautiful beaches and kayaking, please note that private beach access is not available, and kayaks are not included in your stay. Note: the duplex's adjacent unit, Unit B, may be occupied by the property owner or other short term rental guests during your stay. Your unit is completely private and separate; the only shared space is the yard access. All I ask is that you maintain a respectful noise level for your friendly neighbors. Thanks for a wonderful stay! The house was really cool and comfortable - we felt right at home. The backyard full of trees and birds was especially great for relaxing outdoors. We appreciate how responsive, friendly and helpful Logan was as a host. The house truly has everything needed for a great and relaxed stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Savannah! Hope we can go back for a few more days soon.

The place was very nice and clean. I loved all the painted walls. They made the place unique. The pump for the air mattress was missing. But once I let Logan know, he quickly ordered one and had it delivered. It was a cozy place to stay and we would stay there again if we were to go back to Savannah.
