Welcome to your spacious Savannah retreat: a fully private, combined brick duplex offering 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining rooms, all reserved exclusively for your group.
This listing includes both sides of the duplex, giving you the rare convenience of two complete, private residences booked together as one larger stay. Each side features an identical floor plan, making this property ideal for families, work groups, extended stays, wedding guests, traveling professionals, or groups who want to stay together while still having extra space and separation.
Set beneath sweeping oak trees draped in Spanish moss, this home places you in Montgomery’s historic Low Country setting near Moon River, Wormsloe, Tybee Island, and downtown Savannah. Spend the day exploring Savannah’s historic squares, ghost tours, waterfront restaurants, boat docks, beaches, and coastal charm. Then, return home to spread out, cook, gather, and unwind!
The home is approximately 8.3 miles from Forsyth Park and typically 15–25 minutes from downtown Savannah, depending on traffic and destination.
The Space

The layout includes:
• 6 total bedrooms
• 4 full bathrooms
• 2 full kitchens
• 2 living rooms
• 2 dining rooms
• 2 separate entrances
• 2 identical floor plans

One side can be used for early risers, kids, extended family, remote work, or guests who prefer a quieter space, while the other side can serve as the main gathering area.
Each side includes a comfortable living room, a dedicated dining area, a full galley-style kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The interiors maintain the charm and character of the home’s 1979 construction, paired with refreshed furnishings, colorful accents, and thoughtful updates for guest comfort.
This is not a sleek new-construction property. It is a well-kept vintage Savannah-area home with original character, practical layouts, and comfortable living spaces. Guests who appreciate charm, value, space, and function over ultra-modern finishes will be the best fit for this property.
Two Kitchens, Two Living Rooms & Two Dining Rooms
One of the strongest features of this home is the ability to enjoy two complete living setups under one reservation.
Having two kitchens makes group travel easier. Guests can prepare meals on both sides, store groceries separately, make coffee without crowding one kitchen, and enjoy added flexibility during longer stays.
The two living rooms give your group room to spread out. One space can be used for movies, conversation, or games, while the other can remain quieter for reading, remote work, or relaxing.
The two dining rooms also make the home especially functional for larger groups. You can gather together, separate meals by family or schedule, or use one dining space as a work or planning area during your stay.
Private Backyard!
When you book this combined listing, the large backyard is reserved for your group. There is no shared yard access with other short-term rental guests because your reservation includes both units.
The backyard offers generous outdoor space for pets, fresh air, and relaxed downtime after a day exploring Savannah, Tybee, or the surrounding Low Country. It is a practical, open outdoor area, making it best suited for casual enjoyment, pets, and simple outdoor relaxation.
Location
The home is located in Savannah’s Montgomery area near Moon River and several historically significant coastal attractions. You will be within driving distance of downtown Savannah, Forsyth Park, Wormsloe Historic Site, Isle of Hope, local marinas, boat docks, restaurants, and Tybee Island.

• 15–25 minutes from downtown Savannah
• 8.3 miles from Forsyth Park
• Convenient to Wormsloe Historic Site
• Convenient to Moon River and nearby coastal areas
• A reasonable drive to Tybee Island beaches

Neighborhood
This charming brick duplex is located in a working-class residential area with authentic local character. It is not an HOA community, gated development, or cookie-cutter neighborhood. Some nearby homes may appear older or less maintained, but the area itself is generally quiet and residential.
We have personally loved living here and are committed to making the home comfortable, welcoming, and practical for guests. This property is best for travelers who value space, location, affordability, and a real local Savannah-area setting.
Unbeatable Value
This home has been priced with group travel and budget-conscious stays in mind. Instead of paying premium downtown prices for less space, your group can enjoy a full 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom setup with two kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, and a large private backyard.
The goal is to provide a comfortable, functional, and spacious home base so you can spend more of your budget on Savannah experiences, dining, tours, beaches, and time together.
