This means that if you have two vehicles, one will need to be parked in front of the other. We do provide an image of the parking accommodations on this listing as well. Rental Term Clarification: Long-term are welcomed and encouraged! A rental agreement will need to be signed for stays over 30 days. Note: the duplex's adjacent unit, Unit A, may be occupied by the property owner or other short term rental guests during your stay. Your unit is completely private and separate; the only shared space is the yard access. All I ask is that you maintain a respectful noise level for your friendly neighbors. While the duplex offers convenient proximity to beautiful beaches and kayaking, please note that private beach access is not available, and kayaks are not included in your stay. Although some surrounding homes may appear unmaintained, your safety is more maintained here than in the majority of Savannah's areas. The home: Just as the neighborhood exudes a historic and diverse atmosphere, the home's authentic 1979 brick build and original windows provide a humble and down-to-Earth experience. Original bathrooms host an experience not of modern and luxurious appeal, but cozy charm. Overall, the area exudes more of a peaceful country ambience as opposed to urban convenience.
